Terms of Service — Doctor RPM

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Doctor RPM service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Doctor RPM provides a digital service that detects the country location of TikTok followers. The Service is provided through a Chrome browser extension and requires an active subscription to access.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed weekly, monthly, or annually as selected
All subscription fees are charged in EUR
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You authorize automatic billing for subscription renewals
Refunds are not available for completed billing periods
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled for future renewals

4. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you consent to automatic renewal and billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Right of Withdrawal Waiver

By subscribing to the Service, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This waiver applies because:

The Service begins immediately upon subscription
You have explicitly consented to begin the performance before the end of the withdrawal period
You acknowledge that you have lost your right of withdrawal regarding the digital content

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
Maintain the security of your access credentials
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Not share your access credentials with third parties

8. API Quota and Rate Limits

The Service includes daily API quotas based on your subscription plan. Quota limits apply to prevent system abuse and ensure fair usage. Exceeding quotas may result in temporary suspension of API access until the next billing period.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Doctor RPM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctor RPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the European Union.
